I had a good and unexpected experience today as I visited CU1. I met Guan and asked him question. Not only did he answer it but, he suggested he could provide the service I inquired about. He did so, and was very pleasant and deliberate. I have given him a 5 Star rating because I know he deserves it.

Santiago did an outstanding job! Though a new employee to this particular facility; he was outstanding. He was able to assist me and walk me through the necessary steps so that I could accomplish what I needed in a timely manner. He was extremely professional, courteous, and informative! He was able to explain information and helped me with my questions and concerns.
